Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome! Pets – max 2 allowed per home. Non‑refundable pet fee: $200 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $200 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. No weight limit. Breed restrictions apply for certain breeds; other pets such as hamsters, birds, reptiles, ferrets, turtles, and fish are allowed (tropical fish limited to a 20‑gallon tank). Certified service dogs allowed; reasonable accommodations considered case‑by‑case.
